Il B&B Sole Mio si compone di tre miniappartamenti, accanto alla nostra villa unifamiliare, accessibili tramite un'ingresso privato. Si tratta di miniappartamenti con angolo cottura e bagno autonomo e un vostro tavolo personale all'esterno, più uso sdraio, lettini e piscina gratuiti. Gli appartamentini sono tutti simili. Hanno un ampio soppalco con letto matrimoniale e al piano terra altri 25 metri quadrati con possibilità di altri due posti letto. L'angolo cottura è dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare, pentole, piatti e posate inclusi. A beneficio della vostra vacanza non troverete la televisione nelle camere, potrete usufruire del WiFi gratuito. Avrete anche il parcheggio gratuito. Le stanze sono sanificate e ozonizzate. La piscina è regolamentata da norme di sicurezza come previsto per legge e lo stesso vale per la clorazione.
Il costo indicato è per la stanza uso doppia. Ogni persona aggiuntiva,
adulto o bambino sopra i 3 anni, determinerà un incremento di prezzo di 20 Euro.
B&B Sole Mio consists of three mini apartments near our house where we live and have an independent entrance. In the rooms you will find a small kitchen, a private bathroom and your own table outside where you can eat and relax, the use of the swimming pool and the sun beds is free. All the apartments are similar. It is a two level apartment with one double bed up and one sofa down that can be also transferred into a comfortable double bed. At the small kitchen you will find all the necessary for cooking. You will not find the TV in the room but you can use free Wi-Fi for looking something at your device. At the territory there is also a free parking for your car. All the apartments are sanitized and ozonized. The swimming pool is made with all regulations and norms of security as it is required by law.
The price for the room is double use. Each additional person, an adult or a child older than 3 years old, will have to pay 20 Euro per night.
